The schedule’s "observe" rows that covered this event while active.

One row per candidate observation, chronological, with the same columns as SurveySchedule.table (start_time, duration, observer_location – i.e. where the spacecraft was – target_coord, roll, …). Empty if the survey never observed this event’s position during its active window.
